Dear All, can advise on tires available for Alphard? this size is not as widely available like 215/60 and load index shall be minimum 96 or 98? The underline list is what i found and can anyone update me the latest prices as well? Priority shall be quiet & comfort, decent grip for both dry and wet.

Hi all bros and sisters,
I am looking to buy large MPV for my family, currently eying Toyota Alphard 2.4 2009 (Black/8seater) unreg RM155K Otr, the seller claim that this is G spec. check the car and its Comes with 2 power door and 1 reverse camera (seller will fit in front camera foc*), beige interior, 16" sport rim and also key less entry with push start. I have check trough online the chassis no, that the make year is in June, 2009. and from visual inspection the car look in pristine condition, just the paint is yet to be touch up, and seller claim the car just arrive as well, the ODO meter is showing 55K Km, the seller also claim is not adjusted. the engine has no major vibration and the noise is smooth. what do you guys think about this Alphard, is it worth or what is the fair value for unreg?

After checking online data, look like its actually x spec. also I am taking loan RM100k/9 yrs balance will put d/p. around RM1150+ p/m. Currently i am using vios j 2011 and my wife 2006 Avanza 1.3A. all fully paid but both car is not comfortable for long journey and its small.

My initial plan was to buy Estima, but after testing my family thinks this car is a bit small. Btw this will be our third car at home.

What should i be aware of this car? i plan to spare around 5k to change new tires with Alphard 17" rim as the original 16" looks a bit dis appropriate in size, change brake fluids and pads, sparks plugs, service the engine oil and cvt transmission oil. what others i must be aware of more?

In Johor, where can i find Alpard specialist to service this car, last i heard Toyota Hiewa (official Toyota service center) are servicing recon Toyotas.

Also there is how many spec for 2009 2.4l alphard (X,G,S) and what are their major different if any one kind to explain for the 8 seat-er. (Not interested with 7 seater atm)

Want to share with all about the journey to my new home and ask guidance from all bros and sis as well

After along waited delay for nearly five month i finally get the house key from developer.

Its quite dissapointing after getting the keys from this devoleper, after handling the keys to us a few times the sub con enter out house to do touch up for the paint (not fully paint when we got the keys) despite we lock the door and windows. They have extra keys i believe, and had to complain 3 times at the devoleper and they keep denying and come with excuses that they dont have the keys and they enter via window, bla bla (what is this shit).

Need to compain 3 times also for them to open the main water line so our house have water !.
Will only come to our house to put the pipe fittings this few days (i thought when they hand over the fittings should be done??? any one?)
My roof is leaking as well!!! since they used platerboard on the ceiling i wander they going to change new pieces for us???
The whole house paint is quite chalky as well!!!
Alot of minor issue need rectification
Missing kitchen sink, 20A switches...

The joint inspection is not yet done as well.

Hi guys i am looking to buy leather sofa in JB, can be Half or Full Leather with recliner. Budget is around 5.5K Max.

I went to few shops

Rozel, Jusco Tebrau - Design is ok but price is...sales person not eager to serve us

Van Hooden, Taman Molek - Design is ok found one that i like around 5.5K (1R+2R+3), sales person says is full leather and is using think leather with 3 yrs warranty on leather and 10yrs on frame. Any one know the reputation is this shop and their after sales service? I kinda like the design*

Rustica, Taman Molek - Found one that i kinda like Rm5.8k (1R+2R+3R), Half leather.

Milan in Johor Jaya - Found one that suit my taste for RM5.3K (1R+2R+3R), Half Leather. Claims Leather cowhide from Brazil? their fabricating factory in desa cemerlang
Also found 7f Marble table+8Chairs for 2.4K which i plan to gets.

Dear All, i am still looking for mobo for new built.

criteria :
1. any chipset is fine for I7 2600k
2. must have on board USB3 header @least 2 or more + 2in rear IO
3. m-atx (my case is only fits MATX)
4. rm350 or below
5. no brand prefrences

i have look tru several models, but most of them arent in my budget range
like Asus Gene-z rm680+ or msi z68 ed55 rm550+

most board dont have on board header but only in io side
i might miss out but it would be good if you guys give some ideas as well.

(This happen in gated vicinity, got guards and management take car and its low rise 3.5 story apartment)

Last Saturday midnight i saw/encounter this in my apartment. Got two person vroom vroom very loud but slow speed with his Saga from beginning of my block to another block for very long time. So i thought that guy waiting for his friend or letting his friend know that he is there waiting already. So I went and see through my window la. The saga slowly pass my unit with the vroom vroom then suddenly stop and reverse back to my block directly in front of my window below (I am on the 1.5 floor) and vroom vroom for so long again. So I was observing the environment la. Then I notice my neighbor was in her CRV for quite sometime. After few minute I saw a Malay family (1 uncle 3 aunties and 1 kid) walk out of the block then lady quickly get down of the CRV and walk up the unit. Also the 2 guards with motorbike come and see. Then suddenly the Malay guy who drive the vroom vroom car look out from the co driver window and shouted vulgar words repeatedly like Cina b*b* Cina P*k*mak continuously. I was looking through the window (I think he can see me looking at my window) but I wasn't sure he is shouting at me or the Chinese lady the vulgar words. While the guy shouting vulgar words the Malay families just look and the shit guards (1 Malay 1 Indian) as well looking at the guy shouting for few minute before drove off. Then I walk down and ask the guard what happen? They say the guys is taunting or stalking or what ever la at that Chinese lady in CRV. I tell them you log the incident and make police report la about the incident incase the car come again. They say ok they will go with my captain. So I pun go back.

Can they be reported to police by the guard? Any one know the person hurling vulgar word can be charge with which provision law as
-They create nuisance in public
-They create fear to the community
-They hurled racism words that can create tension

Plus this happen yesterday:
My brainless retarded neighbor above my unit. Can you believe they wash cloth and didn’t rinse the cloth and straight hang the cloth? So imagine the water is like raining down my unit and make my clothing that I hang nearly dry wet again plus my air con compressor all wet. U imagine straight taking the cloth out from the pail and swing the cloth and hang straight. Waters drip like heavy rain. (profil of this lady, house wife with 2 kids if not mistaken and renting there this past few month)

First i went up and talk to the neighbor upstair, talk nicely to her then give me fak face. I say kak, baju tu banyak air dan i punya baju semua basah kat bawah so kak boleh tolong bilas dulu tak. She answered Kak dah bilas. (I like wtf). I say Kak boleh tolong bilas kuat sikit tak jadi air tak lah jatuh banyak sangat. She answered sini tak de mesin basuh lagipun itu tuala so macam mana nak bilas. Then she slam the door. damm she didnt even wash tuala only shirts.

This person is leaving DHL company without notice (contract say 1month notice if quitting) to join another company. will this new company land in trouble ie, sue for hiring their company staff without permission? etc

This another person leaving company but only give short notice so she was ask to pay xxxx amount of money as he did not serve the 3 month notice. If she don't pay what can the company does to her?

I happen to receive a call from +601300808888 regarding credit card debt yesterday. they identify them self from AMBank saying that i owe Credit card of near to RM5k. I was like wth and stun. I start cursing and ask when the fak did i owe the bank. I ask all the detail from him, then he even give me the adress of the card that is apply and when i apply and where i applied the CC. later he just say report to bnm. later i go to ambank for clarification. After check they say i got no any account wif them and assured me that i didnt owe the bank a single sen (what a relief). any one can enlighten me ? also the bank officer ask me to ignore that number in the future.

Also I happen to give them my Name and IC number to them, will they be any implication and what can they do with this two items?

Low rise Walk up Apartment

Hi guys i am considering buying a medium cost low rise apartment for invesment. Getting it around Rm70k or less. 4yrs ago when they launch they are selling at 85K-97K new. Rental yield is around RM500-600 Amonth. mgmt cost is less then RM100 every month. Security wise is acceptable and its clean. Also opposite is building a university but god knows when will be completed. What do you think? shud i invest? Also i just intend to take loan around 65K only.

Also i dont think the value will appreciate in the next five yr. Also i dont think the place is easy to sell either.
I was thinking to earn from rental only. Will make the loan as long as possible(to reduce commitment) but will pay extra every month. Also i already bought one for own stay. *Buy near so easier for me to collect rental also and maintain the unit* *Also location is in masai area*

How to reset dg35ec bios

Hi guys, i was playing with intel dg35ec bios, now it wouldnt post. i am not sure how to reset the bios to default setting?
i try the bios jumper and also remove the battery for entire nite but also tak jadi? any sifu can kindly help me this. i am sure my hardware got no problem. because i was able to load into window previously. thanks
Also it beeps 3 times, manual show didnt detech memory.
What i did was, change memory timing and set hpet enable. then restart > no post already

Hi, i am checking if am still eligible for housing loan? i am looking to buy an apartment with the purpose to rent out currently.
Gross salary as around rm2000 and the only commitment i have is personal loan rm350 a month. No CC outstanding, no car loan whatsoever. But i have and i still owe OD about rm130K. Is OD consider a monthly commitment when they check my application? I am planing to take aparment loan about 120K, 30yr tenure. paying 600-700 amonth. are there any chance they approve my loan?
