Getting a new PSU

Currently using FSP Hexa 500W which is making loud noise past week so I go visit computer shop at my town to look for new PSU, unfortunately model I'm using is sold out.

Here list of new PSU I think might be suitable for me:

CM GX550w, GX lite 600w
Gigabyte powerock 500w
Huntkey 700w
Tagan Stonerock 600w

Other PSU all is RM50 cap ayam one
My budget is max RM250 include ship so if you guys want to recommend other PSU please make sure it fits my budget, thanks in advance.

Not actually mine, its my moms. After camera returned, my mom finds out there something wrong with camera. LCD screen can only see white & a bit of colour. Is it possible to fix it? I will give more detail after I at evening.

Recommend me whatever fit my budget but must be available at LYN selling thread as I wont get my feet on KL(or Karamunsing Plaza KK) anytime soon(waste money, better spend for upgrade instead) and consist only part as below:

1. Motherboard
2. Processor
3. RAM
4. Graphic Card
5. PSU

and yeah, of course for gaming purpose while running firefox & orbit at same time(its called multitasking right?)

block rapidshare using router

My cousin downloading files from RS too much until I have difficulty accessing internet.
Is there any way to block it with router? I will add router model later if required, Prolink if not mistaken.

-I check the router brand again, its Prolink not D-Link.

Date of transaction: July 13, 2009

Details of the complaint : I PM him,pay him, get the key shortly after that. got a little trouble bud done after googling it.
Today I was shocked the key just hes bed blacklisted. From what I know the key was
KIS 2007 key(I register it on kaspersky support). I will try ask Kaspersky support later.

Anyone who buy key from him please reply here too.

Found this item while browsing.
Did it really no need additional power connector (almost same as 8600gts power usage,maybe) ?
I want to ask for advice from anyone who use it before.
If there another info I think i need to know I will update later.

When I playing movie/playing, sometimes it suddenly become laggy, sometimes hang for a while.
I just realized today when I see my taskbar today ,it caused by AVP.exe(KIS 2010). It can even reach 100%
Just using KIS 2010 since few days ago. Switch from ESET since it wont update anymore(crack version )

Any solution for this(other than turn off protection)?

I try looking at other forum.
Any link to there is appreciated.

Computer refuse to start

It begin 3 days ago.
I push 'on' button, Keyboard light lip up for a sec but system wont start.
Sometimes its start but no display, system light did not on. I try removing other part of computer & try again.
I thought its a PSU problem so I replace it with new one but it still happen.
But now at least when it start, I have to do some trick to make it work properly.
When it start, I need to reconfigure my bios setting each time which make me think its time to change to new mainboard( old one no more warranty) but need wait salary next month because I don't have enough money now.

Any solution for this? I cant stand do the same thing again & again each time I want to use computer.
I appreciate it even its a temporary solution until I get my new Mainboard or even better fix my problem.

cmos checksum error

Recently when i switch on computer, I will see message "CMOS check sum error, default loaded" & I got to set date & other things again. Is this thing are sign of I may facing any hardware malfunctioning?

Here is my comp specification:

Geforce 8600gts silent pipe--want to upgrade to 9800gt/ATi 4850 later
Samsung DVD RAM Drive
2 Hitachi HDD (80GB one & 320GB one)
2 casing fan & 1 ram fan(evercool)

Usually I use this computer to play games& other things. Sometimes when i turn on my pc, there will be a loud noise coming out from my pc especially if i turn on my pc on cold(air conditioned) room but not sure which component making that noise.

Second HDD

I want to buy new HDD since my 80GB HDD feels 'too small' for me(now 8GB left & I dun like deleting files I downloaded) and I want to install Windows to it. The question is can i boot from both HDD or i have to delete OS on old drive before installing OS to new HDD?

Folder Option

Everytime i click C drive its always ask me to 'open with'. Thats make me sick..and where is my folder option?
I using Win XP Home & used to be attacked by virus(I managed to remove but maybe thats the one make my folder option disappear)

Anyone can help me on this?

Helo,

I just bought a new game(UT3, 1st time i buy original package).

Later i found out this game eat about 9-10%of hard disk space (my HDD is 80gb/2 partition) so i think its time to buy new hard disk & make fresh install of windows on it. Can i use my cd key again?
