Hey guys,

I tried to save few pennies so went on buying PC parts on taobao reading that certain members here did so successfully. Matter of fact, before this purchase, I was able to buy Tesla P40 GPU, R43G PCIE-M.2 riser and I7-6700K.

But my iMac cant detect the GPU due to limited PCIE bandwidth/weak signal available etc. To cut my losses, I decided to build a PC instead. Bought Mobo (probably with small CMOS battery), 2x16GB DDR4 RAM, 500W PSU, 2x128GB NVME and 1TB HDD. All arrived to the warehouse in Shenzhen no problem. I opted for Express Air Consolidation and paid for it.

30 mins later, my account is now frozen without any indication why and how to recover it. I want to get some help from those who have been in this position and what can be done to retrieve my purchases?
