displayport problem

hi guys, the old displayport cable is broken. so i bought a new 1 displayport 1.2 cable. after i plug in the monitor its keep detach and detect again. but if i change the 60hz to 30hz then no problem. before using the old cable is ok with 60hz and wont got this issue. so is the new displayport cable issue? or my monitor/gpu broken?

using the hdmi cable is fine with 4k 60hz without any problem.

thing i using:
monitor u28e590d
gpu gigabyte 1080ti
windows 10
new cable brand unitek that bought from all it.
