Need help regarding salary

Hello there,

Last week I got a call from this foreign sounding person with private number (middle eastern/Pakistani accent). He said he got my contact from my partner (which is correct) and asked me to come for interview for his newly set-up company in Malaysia.

He reviewed my CV in a localization website (I am a freelance translator) and are quite impressed by it. The title of the position he offered me is Localization Vendor Manager as a full-time freelancer.

Company is located in Menara Citibank, Jalan Ampang (at RM8 psf per month rental, one of the most expensive real estate in Malaysia). They also have an office in Shinagawa Intercity Tower A, Konan Minato-ku Tokyo (from research, it is damn expensive). BUT I suspect they are renting virtual offices (Servcorp) which I personally don't mind as it is not unusual to find a MNC renting them.

The question is: what is the amount of salary should I demand?

The job description is:
 Define and maintain minimum requirements of freelance translators and agencies (vendors)
for working with the Company
 Actively recruit and on-board new localization resources to the qualified pool.
 Testing all candidates & conducting interviews/Score sheets to short list the best
candidates.
 Set up payment terms and account details with the selected resources in our database.
 Ensure that all projects are fully resourced with vendors best qualified for the nature of each
project in a timely fashion.
 Work with the Localization project managers to ensure a balanced and best fit allocation of
projects to the vendors.
 Work closely with all external resources to continually improve the quality and
responsiveness of their service delivery to the Company.

In my phone screening before this, the salary he is going to offer is all-inclusive (no amount stated), meaning that, there are no EPF/SOCSO contribution, no medical, no benefits whatsoever. I got to do them all by myself.

Anyone got any idea?
