No strata title condo in PJ

I was going to buy a unit in riana green tropicana and found that it actually no strata title at all!
Even posted in iproperty, propwall, etc...they all stated strata title

was very upset by the agent and the fake information provided
with no strata title, there is chances the banks will not approve the housing loan.
Then, our hard earns deposit money will be forfeited.

Have any buyers have this kind of situation before?
