            <title>True Fitness Workout Journal</title>

            <description>I&amp;#39;m a female of 160cm and weight 58 kg.. ARGH~~ Hate to admit about that weight.. These days, i&amp;#39;ve been taking taking Herbalife products and going to the gym every single day for at least one hour.. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;15 minutez cycling burning around 80kcal, &lt;br /&gt;40 minutes of fast-paced walking burning 250kcal,&lt;br /&gt;Lastly, some weight training for my thigh and arms..&lt;br /&gt;Having been exercising ever since i graduated from high school.. True Fitness rocks&amp;#33;&amp;#33; WHile exercising, i truly enjoy the loud music switched on that gives me the energetic feeling to get my ass on those cardio machines..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;br /&gt;Meal plans:&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast - A cup of Herbalife milk shake&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch&lt;br /&gt;Before gym - A cup of Herballife milkshake&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After gym -A cup of Herbalife milkshake&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner - A bowl of rice, chicken, fish, vegetable, taufu or anything i wanna eat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Supper: None&lt;br /&gt;-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After doing this for one week, i managed to cut down 3kgs.. Haha..
