Food stalls set up during MCO in KL

Recap: Ex fed territory minister allowed anyone to operate a stall anywhere in KL.

So it has been some time since the stalls were set up around my neighbourhood, and the number of stalls are getting more and more.
Used to be just 3 stalls at the corner, now it's along the L shape street 😅

While I totally understand some may have lost their jobs during this trying times, but the stalls have created problems with hygiene. When they close their stalls, all you can see is oil marks, food leftovers, clogged drains. Not to mention cars double parking along streets, or even taking up one lane to 'tapao kejap'

Tldr will they go away?

Hi, I have a train to catch at 8.30pm at KL sentral tomorrow.

Assuming I'm driving from Sg Besi toll at about 7pm, is 1 hour sufficient for me to reach sentral? Google maps says 30minutes lar based on the traffic now
