Scammer gain access and hack whatapps

Recently my whatapps got hacked by scammer. Basically, scammer managed to gain access into my whatapps and trying to scam my contact without me knowing. Scammer is sending whatapps messages asking for fund transfer into a personal account with excuses such as I needed some urgent fund for outstanding debts. All these messages sent from scammer does not appear in my whatapps chat history including the reply from my contact asking for verification. I only come to realize when some of my contact connect with me on my second whatapps account. It appear that the hack only happened for a short period of time without me knowing what has been communicated. Now everything back to normal.

So now I'm trying to understand how the hacker actually gain access into my whatapps but searching in the internet does not provide me much concrete info, mostly very general info without detail. One way is spyware but I only install genuine app so I think the possibility is low and the second is whatapps web hack but how does it work?

So any IT sifu or expert. Please share your view.

Water leaking from floor above

Hi, toilet above the floor is leaking and it caused damage to my plaster ceiling. After feedback to management and investigation, management confirm the leaking is from unit above at the drainage pipe. So far the management has contacted the unit above to schedule a repair and even recommended suitable contractor because the cost will have to bear by unit above but it has been weeks and no feedback from unit above.

So my question, is there any SoP for such issue in condo? As the issue does not affect the owner itself, likely the owner will just drag the repair work.

Should i upgrade my router

Should i upgrade my stock maxis fibre provided router to a better one? if yes, any recommended router?

Currently im suscribing to maxis fibre 30mbps package and there are at least 9 devices constantly connected (sometimes up to 13 devices) to the router (Mainly smart devices such as lighting, relay and vacumm). Very often i experienced issue to communicate with some of the smart device which i suspect maybe due to numbers of devices conencted to the router and the router is unable to handle the traffic but im not 100% sure. Usually this happened on smart relay which the relay unable to establish a stable connection with the router hence not able to control it. Besides, wifi connection via smart phone is relatively slow and irresponsive on both available band 5g and 2.4g from the maxis provided router. Bulk of the bandwidth is consumed by Netflix with 4k streaming.

I also intend to increase the number of smart devices to 12.

Will a better router help resolve this? or the issue lies with the smart relay itself? (Is a Sonoff smart relay) or i should upgrade the fibre speed due to insufficient bandwidth?

Budget for router: ~RM200, please recommend suitable model?

Hi all. My wardrobe contractor quoted me RM500 for the sliding door soft closing mechanism. The mechanism work two way/2 direction. Means the sliding door will have the soft close function doesn't matter which way it closed.

My question, is RM500 reasonable or overpriced?
