When the phone shop changed the battery, the phone still stuck at the Itunes Logo. Then the technician refused to solve the issue, and ask me go back to the Apple shop. shakehead.gif

Hi I need some network specialist advise, is TP-Link product reliable? seem not bad after i google it.

is it good for small business and Enterprise? around 100 Client PCs (for small business), around 300 Client PCs (for Enterprise)

Streamyx Line issue or Network device?

Personal equipment
Modem: TP-Link 8961n
Router: RV042
Firewall used: RV042

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Modem (TP-Link 8961n)
Problem frequency: continue using for few months.
Problem description: This Modem only detected the streamyx line as below speed:

Upstream : 256kbps
Downstream : 512kbps

but I am using 1Mbps streamyx package, TM technician suspected this is phone signal not strong enough. May i know anyone having this issue before? Share your experience and solution thanks.

Trace network cable location

Problem description: When having network traffic issue, i got to uplug the cable from the network port and find out which port is having issue, because the previous IT, didn't do any labelling on the cable. And i find out the cable connected to each department also have another small network hub extension is there any tools or any easier way to trace the location?

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Bandwidth issue
Problem frequency: always
Problem description: emails always stuck in outbox during high internet traffic. when i ping the dns server "1.9.1.9" it can go up to 500ms to 1000ms.
DIR-615 Router was connected to 2 x Dlink 24 ports model: DES-1024R.

for other office, i used Cisco router LRT-224 + 2 x DES-1024R to control the ADSL netowrk bandwidth, it is working fine without any issue.

My question :

1. Can i replace the DIR-615 to cisco LRT-224, was google on it, but cannot find more information about the compatibiliy issue.

2. Any Enterprise Router modem which compatible to unifi and suitable for small business network?
