(Need Advice) Saga, Viva or MyVii?

Currently I am driving a Kancil and it's very old and its gear box had started to make problem. Hence I am looking forward to purchase a new car. Since I am a practical person, I had shortlisted Saga, Viva and MyVii in my affordable range (MyVii is a bit expensive but still affordable).

My arguments are as of below:
SAGA
Pro:
1) Its the cheapest car of the trio;
2) Proton air-con seems to be better than Perodua's;
3) I kind of like the shape/design.
4) Said to be cheaper in maintenance (not back up report anyway).
Con:
1) Being a family of Proton, it inherited the notorious reputation (have seen with my own eyes 2 cases where Gen2 were burned on highway- I know, that's Gen2!, not Saga);
VIVA
Pro:
1) Has more features/accessories than Saga!;
2) Perodua is undisputable had better reputation than Proton!
3) Said to be very economical in fuel consumption;
4) Easy to get parking; small car can park anywhere.
Con:
1) Air-con not as good as Saga; but still manageable;
2) 1000cc only!
3) 'Felt' the car is a bit 'light' when taking corner;
4) Small car
Neutral:
1) Not the cheapest, but similar pricing compared to Saga;
2) Kinda like and dislike the shape/design.

MyVii
Pro:
1) Biggest in the trio; Spacious and comfy; Roomy
2) The car is very stable and smooth when driving; In fact, compare to it's class, it's very good;
3) Said to be very economical in fuel consumption.
Con:
1) It's means extra RM 110 for 84 months = Approx. RM 9k; But, still affordable;
2) May not be easy to get parking space.
3) Dislikes the most (in term of design), in the trio.

Conclusion, I really don't know what to choose. I so wanted to buy Saga (considering the price), but is worry hell that it's a bad idea. PLEASE GIVE YOUR COMMENT HERE!! Thanks.

update 1:

1) i dun care abt rear space cos i'm only alone;
2) i dun really hv budget constrains, but just 1 2 b frugal, wise spender;
3) i just 1 2 buy a transport; cos i am not a car person; otherwise won't b driving my kancil 4 12yrs now!
4) i dun care abt resale value cos, i will drive until the car condemn; refer point #3;
5) i wish 2 get opinion on:
a) fuel consumption; diff 2 sen is ok, cos it's not making a lot of diff;
b) air-con; vital cos i am sweating in my kancil the first day i am driving it; i hope to get a better ventilated car;
c) a car like my kancil, can par anywhere; nvr need 2 worry carpark 4 the last 12 years!
d) a stable smooth to drive car cos i plan to go places in malaysia to start my photography interest; plan to snap pix of many places; refer to point #a;
e) a car with less problem, cos i dowan 2 b left at lurch in highway and;
f) a car that can last longer (within the trio la); refer point #4

so i guess viva is out, cos it's really feels light when taking corner. so wat r you all experience? Saga o MyVi?
p/s: need NEED ADVICE URGENTLY COS AM GOING 2 PLACE ORDER THIS WEEKEND
