Hello fellow /K

Yesterday my friend got a message asking for approval over a 3k transaction over her credit card(Ambank), but the sad case is she never apply any CC from Ambank
So she call the AMbank number (2178 8888 Ambank. Ryan Tan, Raja Chulan HQ) and the Ambank officer verify that she did apply on 6th of Jan and the outstanding balance is 6k+, immediately she ask the officer to blocked the card and so do the officer provide a phone number for my friend to report to JPKP for further investigation (2788 4901, the person is Jacky)

Today the investigator called my friend (2788 4662 bahagian siasat bank negara. Yong ext. 708) and said that the insurance (temporary during the investigation period) does not cover oversea bank
he asked her to transfer Standard Charted balance to her Maybank account.

Does it look suspicious?
Appreciate any experienced /K can advised, I ask her to call back +60 3-2698 8044

And further checking i found out that phone number 2788 4662 is Call Type: Possible Scam / Fraud....

Question about tender

Sorry, i know this question had been asking over and over again. But i need ask some experienced guys which had done tender before

Yesterday i went to JPJ there to ask about the tender procedure @ Permaisuri, but due to i came there at around 12.30pm.
The staff there just ignored me and ask me go there on the next day as i late for the tender service.

But as i check on the JPJ website their latest tender for KL plates no. only until yesterday as below for WUW

My question is, did i need to wait until further notice on new plate no. for tender? Or can i tender for next alphabet even their website didn't state?
And the RM10 admin fees need buy from them, right?

Hope my English ain't that bad >.<
And really appreciate if any could answer my question, thank you.
