pc can't boot into windows successfully

i have one cpu more than 7 years old, i'm trying to fix it but i have tried a lot of way to boot in windows but once at loading screen it's automatically restart.

just few days ago i use other pc to format the hard disk, installed windows 7 also have the same problem as windows xp
on the other way think is hardware problem so now i have completely no idea where it comes the problem so hope some one can give me an idea.

I'm trying to get a prepaid plan with expire date up to 2 years or more for my grand parents so they can use any time they want without topup for some time.

does anyone one know which telco provide prepaid plan which last more than 2 years ?

hello formers, i am looking some where to print T-shirt with my design around petaling jaya or KL [prefer around damansara utama],
currently i will print few T-shit for demo, in future will be print in quantity so i would like to know more information about T-shirt printing service around my location, please let me know more information if possible

i don't mind to know more about others things that can be printed into too.

this connection speed repair is help me alot..the 1st step

1)go start>all programs>accesories>system tool>diskclean up then tick all

2) download this program tools

before 3)step please close all your net work connection like..internet explorer,msn etc

3) press optimal settings then set your acording connection speed then press apply changes

4)reset your modem not to press more than 5 second at your modem reset button

5)disable your connection and enable

and now test your connection is it work on your computer

if work tell me if not work tell me too...these 5 step alwalse work on me.
