Hi All,

Here how it goes... i had a fren who had a bf that treats her very well. Seriously.. she herself admitted that she is the kind of perfect guy for her...

Skipping forward... wat happened was her bf broke up with her saying that he dun love her as much as he used to and he had a feeling towards another female colleague at his work place and they just broke off..

wat happened is now the guy come back telling that he is missing my fren and feel very sad. (i do not see the reason y he wanna tell tat to my fren )

So what i need is anyone out there who feels that my fren should give that guy a second chance o just move on?

And i would like to stress on is.. this guy treated her well in all aspect except for this incident only. Please gimme ur view on this

I was offered for interview this a position in Prudential

Assistant Manager - Sales Force Automation
Responsibilities:
You will be part of the Sales Force Automation (SFA) team and your responsibilities include providing technical assistance (programming, support, operation, administration, training, management, etc.) and support to the SFA initiatives.

You will also be required to filter and handle enquiries, perform system installation processes, conduct user acceptance testing on all SFA offline and online modules, prepare reports & statistics as well as collect and record agents' and customers' feedback.

In this role, you will need to be up-to-date on the related IT functionalities / technicalities to ensure speedy resolution of IT requests and issues.

Requirements:
- Degree in Business Information Technology (or equivalent) with at least 3 - 4 years' working experience in a related field.
- Working experience in project / IT management with knowledge of the insurance industry will be an advantage.
- Strong people management skills with ability to lead and coach a team.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Need Advise on SAP Courses

I've been planning on taking SAP course anywhere next year, but the problem is the variety of sap type is making me confused. I'm a graduate with Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics Majoring in Computer) currently working with 3 years experience in IT Business Process Outsourcing field. ITIL trained.

I'm looking forward to taking SAP papers as it would greatly benefit my working future. The problem is now, i noticed that there is quite some varieties within sap itself, and i'm not sure which 1 is the correct 1 to take.

Another thing is that i plan to take up this SAP course on a part time basis as to accomodate my working schedule. Would you be able to enlighten me the possible courses that i am able to enrol in, the materials that is currently offered on the market for my personal reference and the scheduling of the courses?

Currently, i had narrowed it down to B1, r3 and SD. Any idea which will suit me the most?
