When i switch on my pc ...... my secondary lcd did not have any visual but the primary have visual.... Can any1 help me??? thx

hi there, my desktop will show random horizontal lines sometimes. I have no idea wat causes it..

when it appears, my comp will hang and I can't move the mouse around.

please refer to the attached pic to see wat I mean.
