To share the renovation cost so far:

22x100 house 35 years old house
Built up 22x55 -

Prices includes:
Extended to 22x70
Internal courtyard
Raise 1st floor ceiling
Change roof tiles and frame
Change all piping and wiring as house has not been reno
Reasonably good stuffs used - Key suppliers:

Feng Shui Consultant

Hi All

I'd like to do a real feng shui audit for my new house ....
However I do not have any contacts/ reliable contacts...

Anyone, can you share your contact and experience?

I have checked through the net - anyone used them before, and any experience to share?
- Henry Fong feng shui
- master soon feng shui
- and someone recommended me a tukang tilik + feng shui lady at damansara utama which is located in a salon... still need to wait for contact... but if anyone heard about her?

Renovation Quotation - Please help

Hi, I have gotten my renovation quote for an existing 22x75 second hand house. We will be extending the ground floor house by 7ft at the front.

1) To construct new beam for extension
New (4'x4;) footing - RM1,000/unit
New column - RM1,000/unit
Construct new beam & foundation beam - RM40psf
Construct new concrete slab = RM45 psf

2) New Roof (for extension) and tiles = RM35/sqft

3) Supply & install plaster ceiling (simple design) RM4.50/psf

4) Floor tiles
2x1 floor tiles - paste & cement and sand (tiles to be provided by us) - RM5.50psft
2x2 floor tiles - same as above) - RM6.50 psft

5) Toilet waterproofing (10ft x 5 5ft) = RM400 lumpsum

6) Change all piping in the house (3bathrooms and 1 sink) to "thick" PVC (not sure what that means) = RM10,800 (I think this is really expensive!!! not even copper)

7) Painting - RM6500

Have bargained at least 3 times wif this renovator, but still think it's quite pricey... Your views will b appreciated!!!!
