Because of my studies postponed for four semesters due to falling severely sick previously, now I have to continue my studies without PTPTN.... they said my study loan ended since more than three semesters ago. Taking Medic, btw. I have no family member that can support me for the fees and other uni payments.

Huawei Mediapad M2 screen problem

I bought my beloved Huawei Mediapad M2 in January 2016.

After a recent sabotage, I had to send the tab for repairs because the LCD wasn't functioning. But a few days ago, my Mediapad M2's screen flickered although I already retrieved the tab from our local Huawei authorised centre and then the screen turned off when I received a phone call from my family so I can't pick up the call because I can't see whatever that is on the screen, how to fix this without having all my data becomes wiped out again? Yes, I have a lot of work saved in this tab.

Before you ask further about memory card, thing is, nope -- I don't use any, all files are saved directly into the internal storage of the Mediapad M2. I know the tab is still working because when I tried calling my number (which is in the tab) from another phone, the tab rings. So does when messages come in. And when I plug in the headphones I can listen to music from my tab.

I want to backup my files before re-sending the tab to the service centre because they might wipe off all data again upon rectifying the issue, but before that happens, how do I suppose to do the backup when I can't even see what's shown on the screen (because the Huawei HiSuite software installed in the PC requires confirmation of the tab being connected to the PC by touching on an OK button which is supposed to show up on the tab)?

PDFCreator's installation is stuck on Windows 8

While I was installing the software in this company's Windows 8 PC, I could NOT get past this stage since TWO DAYS AGO. It worked well when I installed PDFCreator in Windows 7 for my previous company, though.

What could be possibly wrong with the PDFCreator-2_0_2-setup.exe file?

Please provide me a solution as I need to use the software for work. Thank you in advance.

External HDD lock-up

My friend bought a brand-new external HDD that we've only used once (an Imation Apollo M100 Portable Hard-dive at 320GB to be precise) and it's fine when it was plugged into a Mac, but the only problem now is that it's locked.

We didn't even lock it for a start, and it can't be unlocked. So we can't put in new files for backup and vice versa.
Do we need to download a Mac lock driver for it or something? This is a pain since it's brand-new and we really need to back-up some stuff.

Any help would be highly appreciated, thank you in advance.
