I just cleared my CMOS memory after my PC crashed suddenly today. FYI, I am using Kingston HyperX RAMs and I just could not recall the optimum settings for the DRAM settings to get my RAM to run at 2-3-2-6 latency, because I keep getting BSOD everytime after i reboot. I would be glad if someone out here can help.

(WTA) B16A2 Automatic

i've just got 93 civic's engine swapped from a D15 to A B16A (auto trans) a few month's back. Since that i'm still not very familiar with the B16A, i have a few questions:

1) At what RPM does a stock B16A kicks in?

2) How do i know if my VTEC is working or not? Is it noticeable when you step on the gas to the limit?

3) There are plenty of aftermarket piggyback controllers which enables you to change the VTEC shiftpoint, but I heard doing so on a plain stock B16A will not bring much improvement to the engine's performance, unless if you done some mild modification to the engine (ex: change the camshaft to a high performance camshaft) Is it true?
