iPhone4 speaker problem

Hi..
Need advise here.. my phone is Jailbroken, installed with a few tweaks.. just last night I realize that the left side speaker on my iPhone (the bottom one near charging port) is not producing any sound.. the right one is functioning ok..

at first I thought its the mp3 that I played is not stereo, but checked with mp3 that I burned myself from CD (which is stereo on my PC).. still no sound.. tried with games, also no sound on the left speaker..

Is installing JB tweaks can cause this, or is it purely hardware malfunction.. Any idea?

If want to send for warranty, I need to restore my phone.. dun want to lose my JB tweak.. so want to look for other options first..

Another question.. if send for warranty (Celcom), will they replace me with a new unit or will there take the phone for few weeks for repair?
