My PC Goes Wrong

Hello everybody,
here i have problem about my pc.
Before i explain my problem i list my pc spec.

CPU=AMD Athlon x2 5200+
GC=Sapphire 4670 512mb ddr4 128bit
RAM=1gb kingstopn ddr2 800 x2
HARD DISK=1TB WD,640GB WD,320GB MAXTOR
PSU=Cooler Master extreme power 460watt
LCD=LG 17"

Im playing DOTA when i scroll the mouse,the cursor goes to end of map.
Scroll again and end of map again.
Ive already change my ATI setting at CCC.
Weither its high performance,balanced,high quality org else,problem still happen.Also set it factory default setting.
So then i suspect mouse problem.then i change mouse.three time.so still problem.
Then i update new graphic card driver from ATI website.
Still problem.
Last choice,i try to put out my gc.Then problem not happen.
But my PC going slow.
So,i want to use my gc.
Can u all out there guide me to solved my problem.TQ

if there any lot of improve of performance if i changed:

2.kingston ddr2 1066 2gbx2 + change my proc

i need to change my mobo?
really need help?
need buy new cpu cooler?
