How to become Top Sales in Banking line

Hi,
How are you guys? I am working in a bank. Previously I have joined other banks. I just want to know some opinions from you guys do you find that the selling skill training provided by the bank is not lively. Most of them just do role play and I found out most of the fresh graduate can't handle the situation well.

If we can sell the products in creative way wouldn't it be better? I just wonder do we have any guide from senior banker to share with us their selling skills. Some of them have high conversion. If they can write it in a book would you buy it?

May I know anyone works as personal banker before in citibank? I have offered to work as personal banker in citibank. The basic is higher than my current company.

I want to know how is the working environment there. Also, hope that you guys can share the experience working there. thanks.

Hi,
I am a fresh grad in accounting and finance. I have passed first interview for Personal Financial Consultant in Standard Chartered.

Now i am waiting to be called for second interview.May I know what should I prepare? Is it is a must for me to wear skirt for second interview?

Hope that people who works in Standard Chartered can give me some advises.

I do not know whether this is a suitable post to share or not.But, I really hope I can share with all of you. I have been lost for almost one year. I can't find any purpose in my life. So, I start working and neglected my study. When I study I can't find the purpose of studying. At the end, I failed in my exam. I do not know my direction for my career.

I also just came back from Bangkok at the begining of this year and meet a guy who considered as my soul mate. We have been happily together and we have a lot in common.Finally, I know what is love comes when you least expected. Finally, he leaved and we still keep in touch. I admit that I still like him.

Recently, my friend introduced me to meet a tarot reader called Charmine. When I heard of Tarot I am just thinking she is like a fortune teller which tells your fortune is fated and so on. Finally, I decided to give it a try and see whether can she solve my problem either on my study, career or love.

I met her at the Starbuck Coffee for the first time. I really feel suprised that she can see through my inner problem. She can see that I have been losted for some time. She also explained to me why am I lost and teach me how to set goal. Also, now I know where to find myself back when I am lost. The way she read tarot is different as she consults in psychological method during the consultation and also, she knows face reading.

I also know that why I like my ex so much. Finally, the problem has been solved and I still learning how to let go. Now, I know what should I do when I lost and how to plan my life.

i plan to go through a full comprehensive check up so anyone want to go together? i plan to go to MJ life located at bandar utama to do it. the package 103 items include BLOOD TEST, URINE TEST,FOBT TEST,SONOGRAPHY,GENERAL EXAMINATION,ENT EXAMINATION,VISION TEST,OCULAR TENSION TEST，PAP'S SMEAR，AUDIOMETRY，PULMONARY FUNCTION EXAM，BONE MINERAL DENSITY, ELECTROCARDIOGRAM, RATINOGRAPHY, X-RAY, MAMMOGRAPHY, NUTRITION FOOD，PHYSICIAN AND NUTRITIONIST CONSULTATION.... MJ health management center already esteablished for 20 years.. all the doctors there at least got 5 or 6 years experience..the dean at MJ from sunway hospital...the reason i choose MJ is because 1st it is more affordable. If i do check up at hospital or wellness i need to pay around RM3000 and now i only need to pay RM1668 but i can collect 10 people do together i only need to pay rm1278 and next year onwards till forever only need to pay rm680 for the same check up...also, the service there is good and i can take my report within 4 hours. So, it suit for busy people. Also, after that i can call them anytime if i don't understand my body check up report and they also will call me and remind me for next year and ask me whether i know my health condition well or not...After that, i can attend the health talk which organised by them......We only will know our body condition after go through a check up....So, if anyone of you want welcome you all PM me..we can come out and discuss when to do it....thanks
