Broken Damaged Screen Iphone 13 Pro

Hello and Greetings Forumers , Ladies and Gentlement , Boys and Girls..

A very good evening and hoping everyone is having a great start of the week.. Must better than mine , well my iphone 13 pro Screen got smashed as it had a terrible fall this morning .. so nerve wrecking .. until the veins popped out , black in colour..

So this had let to an immediate panic , as never in my life i had encountered a broken screen or an accident phone , usual battery change got la on previous iphone 7 , 5 , 4 ...

Here are some initial diagnosis:-

- The Phone still works well as in able to charge , messages and notifications can pop with wifi and data plan, able to use the front camera and behind mainly to scan qr codes for whatsapp web .

This incident has let me into an arena of discovery and adventure of Iphone LCD Screens and hoping to share this journey and hoping for some help and feedback from fellow forumers.

I was hoping to get the screen fixed asap this morning , as the phone is pretty much my second heartbeat and most of my life evolves around the phone fortunate or unfortunately .. so yea i headed to Google and Chat GPT to seek for answers ...which let me towards visiting and exploring

1) Ever Famous Dr in One Utama
- quoted me RM2K over for the Screen Display Replacement , saying might also have camera damage

I was just shocked in disbelieve, and decided to have a think about it over coffee and breakfast , which leaded me into more series of discoveries

2) a Fix in Damansara Perdana with branches in Kemuning & Subang Jaya
- quoted me Original RM1890 , Copy RM 1190 & Non Ori RM890 , with a disclaimer saying that Copy and Non Ori will result a Display Message on settings :Unable to verify if this iphone has a genuine display , additional RM150 to recalibrate and remove that error notification

- advised that the difference between ori and copy are resolutions for the colour purple and orange copy will look more pink and yellow on the copy

3) Lowyat Plaza a store in the Ground Floor
- RM950 Original , RM 650 Copy ( 1 Month Warranty ) , No frills no drillz but good google reviews from the tourist community

4) A repair store in Ampang
- RM1350 Original will show Genuine Apple Part in the Settings with 1 Year Warranty

Any ideas and suggestions on which is more legit, if anyone has experience with replacing LCD screens please do share here , i know since IOS 15.2 apple has enhanced the capabilities to detect which is genuine and fake from Iphone 11 onwards ?

Appreciate some inputs and reccomendations...

Well , my hair is thinining and already Male Pattern Baldness with the M shape ...

So with the MCO last 3 months the sides grew and yea looking for a good hair stylish for a makeover with my thinning hair ..

any reccomendations around klang valley will be good..

used to go over to the barbershops Joe's etc etc , but i guess the fade cuts cant really pull it anymore with thinining hair ...

Hello.....

Well anyone has tried Naltrexone to reduce alcohol cravings ...
actually i started this happy hour - strictly beers ... lepak with friends , colleaques.. clients kinda thing to kill time , avoid traffic , work requirement...
but now seems like its slowly becoming an addiction automatically my body clock wants beer once the time comes to 6.00 pm , whats worse is my office is just above and walking distance to watering holes.. and yea it surely doesnt stop at one or 2 sometimes up to 9 pints a night..

its not doing good to my health and my bank balance as well...

any advice on the Naltrexone ??

Just curious can employers ask you to resign because of performance issues , like a miss understanding between the management.

A friend of mine just called me and explained his dilemma.

His manager asks him to resign because of some recent misunderstandings between departments and his performance wasn't on par lately.

The reason gave it is better for him to resign then the company to terminate and he will be compensated accordingly.

due to his job industry which is volatile now, can he negotiate the termination with his employers?

Allright anyone has encountered this type of phenomena whenever u consume alcohol...pretty normal without alcohol.. but with alcohol no interest and desire for sex..

i know the solution is to limit and stop alcohol before any sexual encounters..

but in my scenario thats tough.. since alcohol routine is part of the job and also my female partners the total opposite .. with alcohol influence sparks their intrest and desires in sex..

Hello Boys and Girls ... Happy new Year 2017.. May all your wishes and dreams come true..

Well , this is my current banter and scenario..

Was on leave the whole of December after returning from a job out of country.. so it was good time to relax and catch up and indulge is lotsa food and not forgetting alcohol..

what started to be a 2 to 3 Beer Pints in the evening at the neighborhood pub over time turn out to be some heavy binge drinking up to 10 pints + hard liquor ( Whiskey , Vodka , Jagerbomb moscato ) per night including clubbing and stuff.. not daily but kinda freq say ( Wednesday till Sunday ) all in the name of joy and in the spirit of having a good time to chill after a tiring working year..

Now back to work and reality , the damage has been done and i realize i quite miss the beers ... cant afford to drink on a working day and turn up to work ... although i know some matsalleh's do that

Is there any vitamins or supplements out there to treat and recover alcoholism ? Googled and most sites recommend Vitamin B complex and Thiamin ?

Check out the Pharmacy GNC has a good one called BIG 50 a combination of multiple B Vits at RM108 and Blacksmore has Executive B with a with Similar Vitamin B at RM 30.

question why does the price vary so much ... which is good and which is bad..

would really appreciate some feedback on this especially if any fellow LYNers experienced something similar or are in the medical/pharmaceutical line..

Hi Experts ,

Well reached this site as an avenue for help . My Iphone 6 from Maxis had blue screen of Death a couple of times.

but since i was overseas , i could really repair it as its not an international warranty.

- The blue Screen of death unable to boot up and load will be around for few days and suddently thn ok..

Anyone knows how to recover this problems..

Also if i need to do a factory reset any idea to get the data especially photos and contacts ?
