Need help with Samsung Galaxy S3

so today i decided to format (hard format my phone) ..
unfortunately, i cant connect to my WIFI nw ..
before format it, my hp can connect it easily from the day 1 i bought it ..

when i try to connect my wifi, the box show "obtaining IP Address" until the next box show can't connect it due to slow bla2 ..
my 2nd phone & laptop can connect to my WIFI, no problem at all ..

i have google for such problem ..
unfortunately the "turn off wifi power saver" didnt work for me ..

kindly help me

note: im using android version as below:

the story as below:

- they start chat one day.. she never forget to reply his msg, even it the stupid one..
- one day they go out for date, watch movie.. she even lean her head on his shoulder, hold his hand all the time during the movie.. after the movie, they still hold hand until the end of their date.. here he thought they can be more than friend ..
- after that, she slowly don't reply his msg anymore.. even she sometimes reply, it just a short sentence, not like before ..
- today she say she got dating with bf.. no reply after that .. wonder, when she got a bf? before @ after their date ..

20k Lithium Ion = able to charge up 5-6 full charge S3

50k Lithium Polymer = able to charge up 1-2 full charge S3 (seller say suppose 5-6 full charge)

Polymer drain more faster than Ion?
