Isolation Headphone and Metronome

Hie Jamtankers, I have several questions to ask. Hope you guys can enlighten me.

1. I'm looking for an isolation headphone for jamming purpose. Where can I find one ? What brand should I look for ? Not sure about the price
but I wish I can get it within RM200.

2. My drummer and I have unstable timing while playing. So we decided to play along with a metronome. But how we share one metronome ?
Is there any metronome with 2 headphone jacks ? If we use 2 metronomes we gonna have problem staring the metronome at the same
time right ?

Currently i am doing a survery on the male smokers perception and response toward the pictorial graphic on the cigarette box. Any malaysia indie rock music lover, I am looking for a song that NTV7 played that music video few years back. It sound like nicestupidplayground. I cant remember the song name and the band name so i am facing the difficulties to find out the song. I'm sure the song is not sung by the butterfingers, pls dont post something by Hujan or meetunclehussien cause they are not in the 90's scene. I think it is under the Evening News - Jason Lo era. Hope someone here can help me out by posting some music video link or song name by the local band.
