FPS drop when playing cs

this happened when i format my pc due to viruses.
i tot my game should be smooth back but when i played counter strike, here what i can see.

the fps dropped very much from 100 to even 10-20 after a while of playing
anyone can help me?
i'm very desperate as i need to practise.

it usually ok before the format
and i got all the drivers including the gc driver installed

Guitar Setup and Maintenence

from my experience, DIY for guitar setup is not that easy to do even with an instructional video in hand.
tried it before but usually when got the intonation right, then few frets is buzzing, if the bridge height is altered, then need to set it very high (hard to play on higher fret and the gap with pickups is high which make the sound very lifeless).

would like to know where do you guys think is the best store that offer this service including neck action setup, intonation, bridge/saddle position, optimum pickup height and such...

please discuss here including with the service charge if you know.

can i install my cs twice in my pc?
using the same cd-key?
some of my friends tell that it can only be installed once with the cd key.
else said, can install twice but cannot play online anymore.
are these right?
if so how if i format my pc or whatsoever.
someone please answer, and gimme the truth.

What is the benefit of using Steam for CS 1.6?

i'm thinking that using steam have more server access than using illegal downloaded one.
Is that true?
or is there any other benefit?
