Details of the complaint : First and foremost I didn't think twice about being scammed by this individual. He's also a Sabahan, seems decent on the phone and even met him at my restaurant to show that he's sincere in dealing. Think I'll just do a schedule on what happened to me.

- Posted a WTB thread to buy iPhone 4 (WTB iPhone 4 16GB)
- r3v3ng3 made first contact and offered to sell Digi iPhone 4 (COD in KK) Said that he didn't keep stock as only helping a friend and it'll only take three working days for the phone to arrive

10/11/2010
- Met him at my restaurant and didn't see anything amiss (looks like a decent guy). Ask me to call him KK.
- Went to Maybank Karamunsing Branch with him and deposited RM2400 in his account, WONG KEH KAE (Maybank- 114320053127)
- He assured me that his friend has ready stock and I'll get the phone on Friday (12/11/2010).

12/11/2010
- Went to Pos Laju with him to collect the parcel (according to him contains 3 iPhones and 1 iPad). Parcel is nowhere to be found and the tracking ID given by the friend came with an error (10 digits instead of 9)
- Asked him to tell his friend to scan and email the Pos Laju slip, didn't get any.
- Promised to meet the next day

13/11/2010
- Wasn't able to meet him in the morning as he mention he's meeting a client (he said that he works as an insurance agent and works at Menara MAA, Kota Kinabalu). I'm having a catering in the afternoon also so didn't really bother about it.
- Was supposed to meet him at Pos Laju about 4pm but he said that his brother is using the car so I went there myself to pickup the parcel. New ID was given but still can't locate the parcel. Asked my Pos Laju friend to look in the storeroom manually (WONG KAH KAE, PO BOX 14076, 88847 Kota Kinabalu)
- Still unable to find the parcel. Called him and requested the scanned Pos Laju slip. Told me he can't reach his friend. Said he'll settle everything on Monday (16/11/2010)

15/11/2010
- He contacted me and said that Pos Laju screwed up the delivery and he's changing to Citylink Courier straight to his office. His friend will ship the item Wednesday (17/11/2010) and it should arrived Thursday (18/11/2010) by 4pm. He also said that he'll be flying to KL that Thursday (18/11/2010) and asked if his friend, Roger (0128205071) can send the iPhone to me on his behalf. I said ok.

18/11/2010
- After 2pm I started contacting KK and he said the parcel already arrives in KK but Citylink haven't sent it to his office at Menara MAA. He said that Roger will pickup the parcel and sent it to me himself. I told KK that I'll wait at Tenom Cafe located in Menara MAA for Roger. Waited until 5pm but Roger didn't show but SMSed me saying that he's still in a meeting and will contact me that night for a meetup.
- Roger never showed up, picked up his phone or replied my SMS regarding his location
- I still communicated with KK through SMS from 7pm to almost midnight (KK said that he's in KL already at that time) Told me he couldn't communicate with Roger either.

19/11/2010
- I went to Miri in the morning and still couldn't contacted Roger. KK said that he'll figure out something. Also he mentioned that he'll be back to Kota Kinabalu on Saturday evening
- Got an SMS from Roger saying that he got a late night shift doing auditing and couldn't get away from work. Ask me if I'm available to meet for him to give the iPhone.
- Told him I'm in Miri and ask him to just give KK the iPhone when he arrives from KL Saturday (20/11/2010).
- Also, I SMSed KK and told him to hold the iPhone so I can pickup it from him Monday afternoon when I'm back from Miri.

22/11/2010
- About 8.30am, KK SMSed me saying that he's in Sandakan because his grandfather suffered a stroke. Won't be able to pass me the iPhone. He offered a full refund as so many trouble came up along the way. I accepted the refund suggestion and gave him my Maybank account.
- He said it'll take some time to refund the my money as he needs to care for the grandfather at the hospital and he didn't bring his computer.

23/11/2010
- Said no Maybank nearby the hospital so ask for my RHB account, so I gave it to him
- That night KK contacted me saying that the RHB branch he went don't have cash deposit machine so will return the next day

24/11/2010
- Around 2.40pm KK contacted me saying that cash has already been transferred via his uncle CIMB Clicks to my RHB account, should take two working days to clear
- Called my bank to confirm this and they concur
- I ask for the electronic transcript of the transaction from KK and he promised to email me, never emailed me

25/11/2010
- Still haven't emailed me the transaction proof and kept stalling

- Cash still not in
- Unable to reach him until today
- No more calls or SMSes from him also

- Cash still not in and decided to make a formal police report and also find out his details from Maybank
- Hope I get this guy for scamming me
