Wordpress theme help

Hello,

Im just started a blog using wordpress and now i would like to add another sidebar to my theme layout. The problem is that i dont really know how to use php and css. I only know html. I've been trying to add another sidebar for 2 days by trial and error I dont need the left sidebar to support widget. Im planning to put some images and links on the left sidebar. I created another php file called sidebar_right for the new sidebar but it's not working. Can someone please please have a look and help me out?

NatriumTech 20x4 HD44780 LCD

Hello,

Does anyone here uses NatriumTech Ready to use 20x4 HD44780 Liquid Crystal Display? Basically is a HD44780 LCD with a serial interface backpack.

Im having problems trying to make it work. Got the driver from NatriumTech support forum and tested the LCD, working fine. But i cant seem to pair it with any software like LCD Smartie and LCD Center 2.0. Getting weird characters. Most of the tutorial/guide i found regarding VFD LCD are those with parallel interface. Since i got this NatriumTech LCD from this forum a while back, i thought that there might be some members using them. NatriumTech support forum looks outdated with broken links

Hello, can anyone help me please because i cant seem to substitute players during gameplay. I can substitute them on the main menu there but not during the game.

What happens is that after i selected the person that's currently playing that would be substituted, i cant seem to scroll down to the other page where all my substitutes players are. There's a scroll down arrow but when i clicked on it, nothing happens. Im still about to change player's position and formation and the only problem i got is that i cant seem to scroll down the player's list in "Squad" menu.

Also, why is it that im always in debt after every match. I just started the season in manager mode and signed 2 players...seems that i'll never earn money...

Im bored with the same players on field and i get into trouble when fatigue kicks in on some of my players on field and i cant substitue them.

Hello,

Im interested in knowing more about VOIP as i often make overseas call to my friends in Australia. I've google quite a lot, looking for more information regarding VOIP.

I know there's the voice chat function in MSN, YAHOO MESSENGER and ICQ, i tried them before but always have problems getting them to establish a connection even though i've open the neccessary ports.

Then now i know there's skype, seem to be not bad. I've seen some USB phones that can work with skype. Does anyone know how much one usb phone cost? But basically is the same thing with MSN and YAHOO MESSENGER's voice chat rite?

But im confused about those products that they sell nowadays, those phone set that cost RM300-600 for one, and they say need to get two in order to have free calls. How do they work? Is it thru internet also? If yes, then what's the difference between it and skype leh? WHy the equipment so expensive?

Also i see DLINK got sell some VOIP gateway or whatever you call it. Says plug into phone line. How does it really work? Are they all the same thing? WHich is the better solution for free unlimited calls?
