alot of retrenchment happen at malaysia recently, making job seeker are even harder to get new job from those job board website like jobstreet, which i saw there are easily 100+ applications on a job that only had 2 or 3 positions available

but i believe there are many hidden gems in between those applicants, but can be easily overlook because their cv might not as pretty as others.

if you are job seeker, and you really wish to get the job u are applying, are you willing to do immediate interview online thru skype, maybe 5 min to express what you can do?
to show what you can do to impress the interviewer, as your lesser cv compare with others might getting throw into rubbish bin.

as i know, jobstreet had premium account (priority application) for job seeker, so even harder for ordinary job seeker.
