Hi everyone, I've been searching around for 2 days for this thing, I know its available at Lazada, but I don't want to wait 3 weeks for it. Can't seems to find one at my local pc shop or online locally. So, I'm kinda lost right now, might as well ask here if anyone knew.

Surface Pro 4 VS Cintiq Companion 2

Hi everyone, I don't know if there are tons of people asking the same question or not, because I've been search in this sub forum and I can't seems to find them.

I'm currently in searching for a new digital illustration tools. Currently I'm using Macbook Pro 2012 model with Wacom Bamboo 4th gen (The green and black one). And after awhile, I think its time for me to get an upgrade.

My budget is anything below 7k, I can fork out a bit since I know Cintiq Companion is super super expensive. The price won't be a problem, but I can't get anything above 9k and I don't need an uber expensive rig, anything on i5 spec is good enough. Since I'll probably just run Photoshop and Paint Tool Sai only. I won't be using the tablet for gaming.

So anyway, back to the topic. I'll mainly use this for work, drawing and later this year probably study in animation program. Currently I'm a graphic designer, and yeah, I don't illustrate much since I mostly use my mouse.

The reasons that I ask here because I'm sure most of you guys experiences in drawing in one of these products, while I literally have zero experience in using all these 3 tools. I never touch or use any of the 3 tablets.

Yes, I've google around, research and such, but I just need a first hand experience from you guys, if you guys don't mind.

Hi there, I don't know if this the correct place to post this.

Anyway, I'm currently trying to find an Animation courses for Postgraduate (Masters). However the problem is, my scholar require me to find top 200 universities based on this ranking.

So far I've applied Edinburgh, but then recently there've been an update regarding the UKVI of IELTS and I'm thinking I might need a plan B. Which is other place beside UK.

Been searching around on Aussie and Canada, can't seems to find any specific 'animation' courses. Most of them are New Media or Design course. I know US have a lots to offer, but then I'm not really into US, or any places that require me to learn 3rd language.

So here I am, was wondering, anyone who have experienced in animation courses abroad? If you could help this little fellow in finding one that is good and is in the ranking, because I might miss it as I've already search throughout the list

Oh and I must be in Animation courses. Either 2D or 3D. Because thats my scholarship requirement.

Learning Guitar Through Projection Mapping

Hi there, first of all, I'm a local University student at Malaysia. I'm trying to create a software that uses projection mapping that uses guitar as a display surface for my FYP.

but instead of using a random abstract art or effect, I'll be creating a guide for user to learn how to play guitar. I already come up with the UI and everything, still in the process of finalize but right now I had to put that on hold because of I need to put on research data first before actually starting the software.

Anyway, I had a problem on the software regarding about the detection of the chord to the software, but then I came across Rocksmith, that uses the real tone cable to detect the output of the guitar to the software. If its possible to link it to Adobe Flash? Cause my software will be a flashbased. Does the real tone cable capture the exact sound from the guitar direct to the PC?

Well, i'm not sure if any of you guys get that. Haha if anything just ask away. Thanks for reading
