New gaming rig for RTX 3080?

hi guys, plan to build a new gaming rig for upcoming RTX 3080 (hopefully similar price with current RTX 2080 super, which is <4k....), below is the spec that I'm looking at, any comment? thank you.

CPU: Intel I5 10400F (No plan for OC, and based on some review in Internet, I5 is more than enough for gaming, the performance for I7 non-K ver is only added few FPS which is not worth for the extra money)
M/B: MSI B460 Tomahawk (since no plan for OC, then B460 is good enough. Initially looking at B460M Mortar, but looks like the new RTX 30XX series will come with "huge" in size - taking up 3 slots of space, if using MATX board, then the PCI-E 1X will be wasted.)
RAM: Kingston hyperx fury 8gb ddr4 2666mhz x 2 (I5 10400F only support 2666mhz)
PSU: Cooler master V750 gold or V850 gold (depend on upcoming news from the RTX 3080 requirement, looks like 3090 required 850, but not sure for 3080 yet...)
CPU cooler: cooler master i70c (based on Internet review, I5 10400F stock cooler is good enough to maintain the temperature, but this i70C will have slightly better than the stock cooler to control the temp, and better looking + cheap in price)
SSD: WD SN550 M.2 NVME 1TB (for OS + game installation)
H/D: 1TB WD blue (for storage purpose)
casing: Tecware alpha TG ATX case (not bad in looking, cheap in price + able to hold graphic card up to 380mm, hopefully RTX 3080 will less than 380mm....)
graphic card: reused my current GTX970, wait for the upcoming RTX3080

No monitor required because plan to hookup this PC to my LG 65inch OLED at living room for gaming purpose. By the way, I'm not RGB fans....Any other suggestion for above spec? or any even better hardware with similar price to replace the above item? Many thanks.

P/S: based on some info in Internet, new RTX30XX series will support PCIE4...but Intel M/B 460 series will only come with PCIE3 (even Z490 also the same), but most likely the beneficial between PCIE3 and 4 is not significant (at least not for 3080, which is slightly better than current 2080Ti - based on Internet Info)

I saw pc depot is selling KINGSTON 4GB KVR1600 DDR3-8C, what is the meaning for the 8C? I know it is value ram, any different compare to other Kingston value ram (4GB Module - DDR3 1600MHz)?

Sharp LE830 play full hd mkv file

i bought sharp le830 last week, it was superb when playing bluray disc, but i encounter some problem when playing mkv file, the movie picture is superb but not so smooth...setting problem? but no issue on bluray disc...any idea? thank you.

Need help from Pioneer DV410 (display w/t color)

Guys,
need your help here, i just bought new model pioneer dv410 yesterday, connected to my 32 sharp LCD a53m, but display without color, tested with HDMI and RC (yellow, red and white cables), the result same as well , try to make all changes in DV410, but failed also, even try to changed the LCD to NTSC and DVD to NTSC (failed), LCD to PAL and DVD to PAL (failed), default both of them are auto. Any other way to solve it? really need you guys advice here, thanks alot
