Home Wiring: 2 Pole MCB for single phase power?

Ok, i am sure nobody asked this question before here. To cut the story short, i am about to hire a technician to change the entire MCB unit (RCD, MCB, Main Switch, MCB box). My house has the single phase electric power, but i bought the 2 pole main switch (please refer to attached photo).
Can i use it for my single phase power?
Another question is that anybody heard of 1 pole RCD or RCCB? or it's only 2 pole / 4 pole available for residential use?

www.brickz.my reflects Actual property value?

Am checking my house's market value, but i coundn't find an actual value for my house because the prices shown differs from one another within the same area and type of housing.
How about the factors of Bumi/Non-bumi lot, Malay Reserved/Non reserved, Free/Leasehold, Renovated/Basic, 90% or 50% loan approved etc? As these factors can greatly affect the house value.
I am wondering how is the 'Market price' determined by this website?
by Loan amount? or Actual value by bank?

Take SS17 for example.

Car Hit by solid object from LRT Extension site!

A solid object fell from the under-construction Subang/Kelana Jaya LRT Station and hit the roof of my car!
The incident took place today during the usual heavy traffic congestion evening hours.
Me and my wife were on our way returning home from office. It was raining at the time of the incident.
The impact was so strong that we can hear a loud bang on the roof in a rainy day. Bang! I can see the Cosmic for one second, almost pass-out, NO KIDDING!
We decided to move away to a safer place to have a quick check, and found a dent on the roof above my head!
If i was riding motorbike at that time, i might be already in the coffin now.

What should i do now?
Thinking to ask them for car damage compensation.
But the dent is so small, like 500ml mineral bottle diameter.[attachmentid=6016568]

Owned a House, and RM70k Cash on hand

Hello all. This is my situation.
I own a house in USJ, worth RM260k. The house is fully settled, no more loan.
I am currently staying in this house.
I also have about RM70k cash on hand.

What would you recommend for all the assets i got?

A friend of mine adviced me to buy another extra house, and rent it out to collect rental as monthly installment. The house will be mine after 15-30 years, depends on the loan term.
That would be a good idea.

But what i really concern is my current house in USJ.
It worth 260k, i am just like sitting on the money without utilizing it.
Maybe i can cash out some money from it without selling it or refinancing it?

What should i do now?
(No fancy answers TQ)

A 'look simple' but Challenging Math Question

First of all... ARE YOU READY? I am worried that you might be CHICKEN out with my home made Math Question.
Hahaha... here it goes!

Both Mr. Ong and Mr. Chua have decided to end their grudges tru a peaceful way.
A close member of Ong, Leow suggested a gambling game.

This is how the suggestion:

Mr. X= Dealer (with 70 Points)
Mr. Y= Player (with 100 Points)
Match: 1 to 1

Mr. X as the dealer offered 8 Smiley for Mr. Y, namely:

Mr. Y as the player can bet only 1 point once in a time. Means he can select only 1 Smiley at a time with a price of 1 point.

Mr. X will then randomly select a Smiley in the Black Box.

If Y win, X pays 7 to 1. For example, Y bet the and the result is , Y Win 7 points.

If Y Lose, he lose 1 point to X.

The game will then repeat.

The game will end if either Y loses his 100 points, or X loses his 70 points.

BOTH of them accepted the suggestion. After a serious discussions with their cronies, Mr. Ong decided to select Mr. X or dealer, with confidence look on all of his cronies. On the other hand, Cronies of Mr. Chua look happy and selected Mr. Y, or Player, and think he can win.

Who will win in this game at the end? and How come?

(Tip 1: This is a Math Question and not and IQ or Quiz.)
(Tip 2: Probability, S.D., House edge, Player's advantage or whatsoever it names)
(Tip 3: Baccarat's Draw (Tie), Roulette's Black and Red, Odd and Even)
(Tip 4: Last but not lease, USE YOUR COMMON SENSE)

Who can provide the best Answer, i give RM20 Duit Raya.
