hi, i have did 2 mri scan at 2 different hospital and it is confirmed that i have a ganglion cyst formed inside my shoulder. It is so rare so i really hope if anyone know any orthopedic doctors who have experience in the cyst removal operation can share their experience. I'm so headache and lost don't know what to do now or maybe i should just simply go for any orthopedic surgeon? Tried googling but nothing really comes up as this is rare case.
Anyway, thank you for reading this and greatly appreciate if anyone can help.

Freeze problem

Hei, i have bought this pc 1 year old now and i have starting to encoutered weird problems when i was playing dota2. My whole game can just start freezing from 60fps dropped to below 10fps and a reboot will need to be done.
This used to be happening 50percent of the time but now it is getting worst most of the time it will happened. I bring to one of the computer shop the ppl suggest me to change my power supply and i did but after 2 months the problem came back to me and it got worst. Not only when playing games it will freeze, my cpu usage would go up to 50% even after a fresh restart and no program has been running. i have tried checking for spyware/malware and virus but it shows no result. So i bring to another computer shop and they say they cant detect any problem because my pc weren't freezing by the time it is there. btw i have tried reformatting my pc a few times and this is newly reformatted window.

My pc stats :
- AMD FX-tm(8120)eight core proccesor
- 8gb ram
- window 7 ultimate 64bit
- hard disk 1.22 tb free of 1.36tb
- geforece gtx 550 Ti

How to backup my torrent file

Hei, my computer has been infected by virus and i wonder if there is any way to backup my torrent incomplete download file..i have some movies which i have been downloading for weeks due to the lack of seeders and its almost done whereby its above 80%...Is it possible to backup them ? Which means after i reformatted my computer will i be able to continue to download those incomplete torrent file ? If its possible how can i do it ? I have a 4gb pen drive...

And last thing..can some1 teach me how to backup my bookmarks as well ? i am using firefox...i dunow which folder contains those bookmarks so i can copy and backup them...thx again

Hei, i think my computer has been infected by virus/spyware/adware/malware like mzshanat =(...My wallpaper has been changed too and it has replace my anti virus with some 2008 XP antivirus and it definitely an infected file...I have no idea what's happening but i have installed the SmitFraudFix v2.336 and after i clicked clean it restored back my window desktop to normal but whenever i restarted my pc all the virus/etc will be loaded back...What might happened to my pc ? Can i restore back to normal without formatting ? Its my system heavily infected ? Thx in advance...I am kinda newbie in this kind of situation sorry..
