Is M'sian iPhones eligible for Int'l Warranty?

Applecare from some other countries has recently confirmed that Apple changed their iPhone Warranty policy to Worldwide warranty.
(around 2 weeks ago?)
(As iPads' warranty policy has come in, iPhone policy also changed)

I checked the Austrailia, Singapore and etc other major countries' apple site and they removed (previously)No. 3 part from their iPhone repair FAQ
(3. Can I get my iPhone serviced outside the country of purchase?->answer was no and local only.. they removed this part)

But malaysian one seems to still have it..

Anyone can confirm about this issue?

firstly.. i'm a korean who's living in m'sia.. and i'm using jaring..

anyway now i can't access two of korean site that i always visit..

i dono what the hell is the problem cuz i can access all of other sites except that two..

those of my friend who use TMnet can access..T_T and i can visit that site with some proxy site...even though it's kinda slow-0-;;

it's kinda korean portal site and some korean facebook stuff..

can anyone check whether it works?? and any assumption??
