I Been Hair Hair Fall For Over 3 Months Plus During Bathing.. Whenever I Wash My Hair No Matter With Gentle Or Hard Its Also Will Fall . Normally Its Will Drop 5 to 15 . So My Question Is . Is This Normal Or What? ..

Other Question Is.. My Back Hair Got Some Bold Parts .. Its Getting Lesser .. Its Hard 2 Cover Altought My Hair Is Long .. Any Solution To Make Those Bold Part To Grow More Hair n In Fastest Way?..

I Been Using Those Wine That Get From My Aunt .. She Said Its Will Make My Hair Grow.. But Then I Been Using For 2 months plus d... its seems nothing changed

Guys.. I Wonder What Happen To My Right Hand Murcles .. Its Suddenly Gone N Become Meat last time until yesterday still keras 1..
n now i just notice that my right hand side murcles become meat n its dont feel pain or wat.. but my left hand side nothing happen .. can any1 tell me wat happen ? ..

P S : i did excersice everyday ..
