- Change water closet for 2 toilets (no renovation) - either supply the wc together, or i buy
- Replace existing in-ceiling water heater (Joven 50L) - either supply the water heater, or i buy

Hi, i'm keen to get a condo unit, and the owner doesn't want this to be an agent-based sale.

Questions:

- How will the deposit, etc work in terms of documentation?
- Does anyone know a reliable bank agent that can find me a suitable loan for this?

I already have my own lawyer for the SPA stuff, so i'm not too concerned about that part, only the first one.

Currently looking to find Windows 7 drivers for this machine, but what's available officially is for Windows 8.1 above.

Unfortunately it's my mistake that i deleted the recovery partitions for the machine.

Can anyone help? If it's only for the network drivers, that should be good enough for now

Baby Stuff to give away

For any expectant parents, congratulations!

As my wife and I have decided to not have any children, I have a baby cot to give away, made of wood, and has lasted at least 5 different babies/kids. It comes with the mattress.

I also have a couple of storage boxes of baby stuff that i would like to give away. These include stuff for babies and probably 1-2 year old children also, i believe there are some toys inside, though i do not remember.

I would like to give this away to any expecting couple who are somewhat financially strapped (i trust that you are, if you tell me so).

Alternatively, i would also appreciate if there was a halfway home, or home for babies that i can donate this to.

Is there any other laminate flooring besides Floor Depot and Inovar?

I've looked through the 2 sites, and am looking for a specific color, white, or as white as possible. Inovar has something of whitish, but kind of exorbitant prices

I'm looking to do only a small area, roughly 74 sqft only.

I did the first 4-layer polish/wax (they gave to me free after buying the package, so all 15 coupons are still unused), and it rained immediately after that. Went home, washed with water/cloth and still beading.
A week later, there is still beading (after 3 times water washing).
This is the Giant Kota Damansara branch, which i can safely say their workmanship is pretty good.
Unfortunately, i now have need for the cash as i've found something that i would really like to get, and this is the seed funding for that purchase.
