AirAsia Vietnam Service Centre - a BIG NO NO

I've been thinking whether I should just let it go. But in the end, I think this is not just a onetime problem and as long as the issue doesn't get its solution, I can't convince myself to go for Air Asia anymore. And this is just a sharing to everyone out there.

The incident goes like this, it happened in Vietnam; I have a return ticket back to my country but I wanted to bring forward the departure date, so I searched on Air Asia website to look for a service center in Vietnam which is located at De Tham, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 1. I dropped by there yesterday (5th March 2013), asked one of the staffs there to do it, and he then explained that he need to check first and asked me to sit down and wait, so I waited. After awhile, I asked for the status of the progress, they said they are calling to the airport to confirm the flight and charges, hence I'm required to wait for a little longer. After 20 minutes, the staff approached me saying that they do not want to waste anymore of my time and asked me to go to the airport directly as they COULD NOT EVEN CONTACT the person in charge at the airport and they couldn't assist me further explaining that THEIR OFFICE IS JUST THE SALES OFFICE. I'm getting pissed off, why you need a service center in the middle of the town (the one and only) if you require customers to settle stuff simple as this by themselves at the airport?

I didn't leave the office immediately, I sat down and tried to purchase a new ticket of another airline through my phone because all the trouble and charges to change this ticket is almost the same as getting a new one immediately. Just when I've completed the transaction, the staff told me that they are able to help me now. Now I'm really pissed off, but what else I can do? With the phone still on my hand, I snapped a photo on the Air Asia logo sticking on the wall, wanting to do the usual thing, share it with my friends what a day that I've gone through. Now here comes the climax, the other staff sitting beside suddenly started yelling, he pressed the button to put down the shutter gate, and used the key to lock the glass door, still yelling that I should not take any photo inside the office and I should not leave the office until the police comes (he said he will call for the police). The Vietnamese guy was very furious at that time, I'm not sure if it's their culture or what, anyhow, I tried to calm him down as I think all these are not necessary, and I even deleted the photo in front of him. BUT he didn't stop his wildness, smacking on the counter table, wanting me to hand over my phone so that he can check thoroughly to make sure there is no more photos of the office were left. Of course I denied the request, it's my property, and my privacy on the stuffs inside, hence I said, "Ok, we should really call for the police now.". But surprisingly he doesn't want to do so! Meaning he's just trying to threaten me and have no intention to call for the police from the start, at all! I insisted to call for the police, he insisted me to give him my phone for checking, so it never ends. Then finally he took out his phone, snapped a picture of me, opened the door and gate, grabbed my bag on the chair, grabbed my hand and pulled me to the door, asking me to leave. He then pushed me real hard from behind as I almost tripped myself at the gate, thus, still yelling at me. The whole street heard it, tourists, restaurant workers, etc.

You know what? This guy who did all those rude actions, was actually the person in charge of that office, surprised? Is that the way to treat your customers? Yelling, putting your hands on your customers, pushing? I seriously hope Air Asia will investigate and take action on this. I found a few foreigners and locals who are willing to be my witnesses, they all saw the whole thing happened.

In the name of god, I will not let this be until I get a good answer from Air Asia.

This is the fella:
https://fbcdn-sphotos-f-a.akamaihd.net/hpho...377151200_n.jpg
