Unable to access shared folders

Hi,
Can you guys help out as I wasn't able to access to my shared folders.
I am using a Windows XP Home on my laptop and want to access to the shared folders on my deaktop which is running on Windows Vista Ultimate.

I've shared 3 drives from my Windows Vista, however, my laptop could only access one of the shared folder.
When I tried to access the other 2 folders, it pop-up message as below :
"\\<Computer name>\<folder name. is not accesible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the adminitrator of the server to find out if you have access permission. Access is denied"

FYI, I've already disabled my firewall as well as set the folder's sharing permission to 'everyone'.
Pls advise.

Having an problem with the Thunder5 version 5.7.9.472 that the downloader can't seems to separate between the download of a torrent file or non-torrent file.
I need Thunder to only pop-up when i initiate a download of torrent/bt file. For the rest of the file downloads I would like to use the IE7 download engine.
Unfortunately it seems like whatever downloads now will be downloaded via thunder.
Anyone pls help?

Hi guys,
Need recommendation on a rig with the below requirements :
1) HDMI output
2) A cheap but reliable mainboard, and a graphic card with 512MB
3) 2 GB RAM
4) 500GB or 320GB HDD
5) DVD RW Drive
6) Casing, as compact as possible
7) PSU
8) A processor.

Mainly use the rig as a Media Center, connecting to my 32" LCD TV.
Might use it for gaming occasionally.

My budget is around RM1200 to RM1500

Hope you guys could do a very nice but budgeted recommendation for me.
And what do you guys think bout the Dell Hybrid Studio system?
Better than customizing a rig from Lowyat?

hi guys,
need your help here. I think my pC has been infected by virus.
Whenever I tried to open my C: drive, it pops up the error "Can not find script file C:\autorun.vbs".

When i right click on my c:\, there will be some strange symbols occupying my OPEN, EXPLORE and FIND command.

can I know how to make the side bar in the red column as attached?
previously there's a row of options for me to choose in the red column but then it's gone since few days ago...
then the icons in the blue column will moved to the right after the control bar.

then i have a wifi adaptor
it cannot acquire the dns ip address

how do i share the streamyx connection.
