Bad Latency in Diablo 3

Hi all,

Now, I am using Asus ROG with Windows 8.1 for all my games.

First, I just copied D3 folder from my old laptop and run in new laptop.
But I got very bad game-play with the latency range of 1000-1500 in D3.
The ping test was smooth and fine before I log in D3. Once I stay in D3, I noticed that the ping goes crazy and sometimes request timeout.

Secondly, I deleted the copied D3 folder and re-download again from Battlenet.
Same things happened again.

Conclusion, this weird things only happened when I stay inside D3, the ping is back to normal when I alt+tab out from D3. Wondering anyone facing the same issue as mine in Windows 8.1 ?

Need solution for this...

MacBook Pro Startup issue

To all sifus,

My macbook pro startup freaking slow with fan running loudly.
It takes about 5-10 minutes to show the desktop, and 5-10minutes to get all icons ready for use.
Worse thing is when I try to launch Safari, it keep loading only.

Anyone can help me in this matter? I'm noob in troubleshooting @@

Joint Name Question

Hi All,

Here is the situation,

1. First House : Joint name with my mum @ 90% RM80k+ loan.
2. Second House : Own name @ 90% RM180k loan.
3. I am looking for the 3rd house in KL/PJ area with the budget around RM500k with a joint name housing loan.

Question:
Let say based on the 60% rules for the applicable loan on net salary basis, I'm with 7k pay.
For the Joint name with 4k pay and 400 car loan repayment.

Therefore, is it possible for us to get the 3rd @ 90% housing loan?
If yes, how to calculate the loan repayment amount ?

I dun know what is my pc's problem.. when I turn on my pc n waiting for it to b done, I found that those icon at the right bottom which is near the clock there, they spawn one by one and takes quite a long time to finish... Is it the GC problem ?
