1st Service at Perodua Service

Selamat sejahtera

Pada 16 Ogos 2015 isteri saya XXXXXXXX telah menghantar kereta Myvi 1.3 Auto 2015 untuk 1st service 1000km.
Isteri saya telah memberitahu kepada pusat servis itu untuk membuat basic service 1000km. Iaitu sepatutnya menukar minyak hitam dan oil filter sahaja seperti di dalam servis manual book.
Tetapi pusat servis telah menambah gasket berharga RM3.80 dan Magnet trap berharga RM 53.80 dan isteri sy telah membayar sejumpah Rm 157.75.
Saya merasakan kami telah ditipu oleh pusat service tersebut dan saya telah menelefon kepada pusat servis tersebut.
Encik Nizam pekerja yang melayan telefon sy mengatakan Magnet Trap tersebut adalah keluaran Perodua.
En Nizam juga mengatakan terdapat kesilapan pada sistem pengiraan yang tersalah Capture harga Magnet Trap tersebut.
En Nizam telah mensyorkan kepada saya untuk kembali ke pusat servis center untuk mendapatkan pulangan balik wang RM 53.80 ataupun secara bank in kepada saya.
Saya merasakan tindakan ini adalah salah dan merasakan ini adalah seperti satu cara pusat servis center menjual barangan yang tidak diperlukan oleh kereta perodua kepada pemilik yang tidak sedar ianya dipasangkan.
Saya membuat laporan ini adalah untuk memastikan pihak perodua mengambil tindakan kepada pusat servis tersebut.
Ini adalah kerana, penipuan ini adalah seperti sesuatu yang telah diamalkan di pusat servis tersebut.
Jika tiada respon daripada pihak perodua maka saya akan menfailkan tuntutan ini kepada mahkamah tribunal supaya orang ramai tidak tertipu dengan teknik penipuan penjualan ini.

TLDR version
This is my report to perodua just now by their website.
Service center put Magnet Trap without my wife permission and asked her to pay all.
Then i call them and rage after that a guy asked me to come to get the RM 53.80 or by bank in. he said no nid to return the Magnet trap to them.

Anyone got scam like this before?
