Need Some Help regarding mouse drivers

i'm having problem with my desktop. The mouse wont work. I've tried usb/ps2/Bluetooth it still doesn't freaking move. I've tried disable it and enable it , uninstalling and re-detect it. None of this option works.

Ok --> Next i tried boot into save mode ( with /without network ) also didn't work. I've also tried boot into disable driver signature enforcement.. this also didn't work.

When i finally boot into windows repair mode > IT works flawlessly , but inside don't have much choice to do troubleshooting, when i restart same thing happen again... mouse doesn't work.

Anyone out there have this kind of problem? Btw, i tried reinstalling windows once, but this also didn't work... i was so surprise...

The last way would be reformat which i need to backup all my stuff in windows partition without using MOUSE !!! can anyone kindly give some comment regarding this matter? help would be much appreciated.

ok. i have changed my gc from 9600SE to 9800Pro but it cant boot up. wht happen? Aft i changed it bk everything ok.
