Fan Controller w/4 channels

Finally managed to get my hands on a Scythe Kama Meter Fan Controller. Originally this unit is designed to run 4 fans - 1 on each channel. Currently I have 6 fans in my case - 4 case-fans, 1 VGA Cooler fan and 1 CPU Cooler fan. My idea was to merge and join 2 and 2 case fans so I get all 4 case fans to run on only two channels. This leave one inividual channel each for the cpu cooler and the vga cooler.

According to the web each channel on the kama meter has a max capacity of about 12W. My case fans are all rated at 0,27 amps - meaning no problems?

Example:
2 case fans x 0,27amp x 12 v = 6.48 (within capacity of 12 watt)

Are my assumptions above correct?
Have anyone got an experience from a similar mod/operation?
How do you parctically get around to Y-split the cable from the fan controller so you can run 2 fans on one channel? DO you make yoursef or are they available for sale?

I have read a lot of the threads under the overclocking sections that seems to cover my hardware-topic - and there seems to be only a few - if any at all - selling high range cpu coolers, 120mm quiet fans and a 5.25" controller to regulate the speed, voltage and noise created by the fans...

in partucular I am looking at getting one of the following---

- cpu coolers;
Scythe Ninja Pluss eva B
Tuniq Tower 120
Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme

- fan regulators (5.25)
Scythe Kama Meter
Nexus Controller
Thermaltake Hardcano 12
Zalman ZM-MFC2

Any shops in LYP selling one or more of these components? Price is 2nd prioroty

Silent CPU Coolers

I am having a big problem here guys...
My intension is to build pc as silent as possible. And the 3rd party cpu cooler is in that respect of great importance. I have searched the net extensively and my shortlist now consist of the following 3 CPU coolers
1) Scythe Ninja Pluss eva B
2) Tuniq Tower 120
3) Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme

I will run an E6850 CPU - Keeping a mid-range overclocking as an option (3.6GHZ Max). The mobo is going to be Abit IP 35 Pro.
As mentioned - Noise is the number one prioroty so I will consider running the cooler without a fan. Just have to see where the potential overclocking takes me in terms of temperature....

Any of you guys using one of these coolers mentioned?
Your experience?
Fanless or not? What fan?
Overcloking and temp?

Feedback will be very much appriciated

Where can i buy the Sparkle 8800GT with passive cooling?
And how much will it approx be?

Well Dudes - this is my first topic and I will start of softly by asking simply
- can I buy Vista OEM as the only purchase from a shop or do I have to buy it with a mobo?
