getting sued

I recently got a phone call from a lawyer saying that i'm going to be sued by the bank and my name and photo will be publish in the newspaper if i don't settle my loan.

I did skip a few months (financial problem) but continue to pay again this month.

Can they do that or it's just a harassment tactic by the bank agent ?

I will go the bank tomorrow to settle this out but just want to know if anyone encounter this before.

which basically moves a div box left and right when I press the left / right arrow keys.
This works normally on Firefox.
But in chrome it doesn't work. Pressing right moves the box to the left then right.
it seems that it reset the div location to 0 then moves it to the right.

can anyone help me with this?

getting registered user

let say i have currently thousands of users in USER table.
new user will register and user info and date will be inserted to USER table.
Getting the today registered user is simply
select count(id) as c from USER where registered = TODAY

but i thinking of creating a new table NEW_USER
when user register , value will be inserted to USER and NEW_User table.
i just select from NEW_USER table to get the latest register rather than going tru the larger USER table.
at the end of the day a cron will run to truncate the NEW_USER table and the process continues.

is this overkill and would it give any significant improvement?

i have this simple html

it should hide the form.

In winxp the toolbar can be separated from the taskbar. So you can put your toolbar top and taskbar the bottom.

But you can't in vista/win7.
