The Kondominium Bayview Villas resort is situated infront a marina cove and nearby beaches of Port Dickson and not a worry at all for the local food, fast food, shopping mall, bank are just downstairs at the Sungala Gateway. The PD hospital is just opposite to it.

This holiday apartment is 24 hours-security guarded. There is a swimming pool and tennis court too.

Inside the unit of this holiday apartment, there is three bedroom, one living room, two toilets, dining area, kitchen area and a balcony with the bay view and green nature cooling view.

In each air-conditioned bedrooms, you will be provided with a king or queen-sized beds with comfy pillows, 1 wardrobe and 1 clothes rack. We had installed a ceiling fan in the bedroom too, for the convenience of guests who cannot sleep in the aircond room.

In the living room, there is sofa, tv, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, and universal extension cable. Next to it is a dining table with 6 chairs and in the kitchen there is a fridge, gas stove, electric kettle and cutlery sets.

Last but not least, our bathrooms are equipped with water heater, functioning well seating-toilet, one water tab at the side of toilet, pail and dipper and face-mirror.

Our covered parking is free and free of hassle too, as required no parking ticket at all.

There are 2 lifts to reach the unit.
