Samsung Tab 10.1 mail configuration

Need some help. after setting up the email (pop3) when i wanna edit something in the incoming mail. the Username automatically change to "XXX" from "xxx@company.com".. for this i keep getting error message and i cannot save the changes as it says the username is wrong.

P/s: the username already been greyed out. so cannot edit.

any solutions on this?
