Limited panel banks

Hi guys,
I would like to understand further on the reason of slow progress of getting panel banks on board. I booked a new condo 6 months ago but until today, there are only 6 banks that I can apply loan from and my preferred bank is not in the list yet. The developer can't commit on the timeline on this issue as they said it depends on the bank.

Anything suspicious here or that is a normal practice? Even the developer called me to sign SPA without having my loan approved yet.

WiFi connected but cannot browse

Hello all,
I've been having this problem since last month. Previously I could connect to my neighbor's unsecured wifi without any problem but like a month after that the problem happened. The connection was established but I couldn't browse. The data packet received was low as the picture shown below. Anybody can help? Many thanks.

hi all,
my friends and i went to lowyat last week looking for a laptop. we found something interesting at this one booth (not sure the exact location). a guy was promoting an Acer Aspire with 768MB of RAM which was damn so fast. we kinda interested with HP pavillion but he insisted us see his demo on the acer. he claimed that he's a programmer and he developed some sort of booster program. the program was sold to army in medan blablabla.... i wasn't sure his telling the truth or not but the laptop was DAMN SO FAST!

we opened many folders, run need for speed, play movie, open photoshop at the same time with no lag. later when we alt+tab to need for speed, the XP was kinda hang but he assured us it wouldn't hang (because of his program) and what he said was proven. not hang at all, NFS continued running.

he actually doesn't sell the "program", it will be pre-installed in the laptops that he is selling but we can always bring our own laptop and have the "program" installed for rm150.

i'm really not satisfied because i don't know how the program works and he didn't really want to talk about it. i googled for pc booster. the ad on the internet looks exactly like his "program" but when i installed it, the gain was only a little. still not satisfied.

any comment on this?

sorry if this topic is a duplicate or it has been discussed before. i searched around but no luck.

i'm planning to sell off my xbox 360. it has been sitting in my cabinet for months. the item is new, unopened (sealed) and it was manufactured in 4/2006. dvd region = asia. how much should i sell this for?
