Network DNS error

Hi all,

Here I faced a problem which is my current server was setting for using the old TM DNS.
Primary DNS:202.188.0.5
Secondary DNS: 202.188.1.133

When certain user surf some website and it will pop-out the TM error page.
For home user it should be very easy to reset the DNS
But may I know that how should I reset the DNS with the Windows Server 2008?
Here I attach two picture for my server setting.
Please show me the correct way to reset it to new TM DNS
Primary: 1.9.1.9
Secondary: 8.8.8.8
Is it for correct for current TM DNS using?
Because of the server was capture old DNS, it cause user can't scan to their scan folder.

HELP - Confirm problem in setup DVR

Recently I help my friend to setup a Cynics DVR and he want to view from outside.
So I had try to do on setting in modem and DVR, but it still can't view on mobile device or computer.
I would like to show my setting below by photo.

DVR Brand : CYNICS
MODEM: Streamyx Innacoms

Hang when I am playing games...

May I know what is the problem if my computer was hang when I am playing computer games... I checked by Safe mode there are no any hardware problem... I use CCleaner to clean my registry and cache of computer... But problem was stil same... The game I was play tat using graphic card mostly all likes these!!! Somebody can help????

External Hardisk cannot detect

Recently, i borrow my External Hardisk to my friends, then i connect it vf my laptop it show "ur hardware is success installed, and ready to use" but in the my computer... it dint show the icon for my external hardisk. Autorun oso cannot!!! So my hardisk now cannot open lor.... Got somebody cn help?????

I cant install the XP in my laptop..

Last time i m try 2 install Window XP in my laptop Acer Aspire 4720... But when i m install it, it say it cant detect the hardisk???? So i until now still use the window Vista lor!!!!
Anyone noe how????

Halo... My laptop's CD-rom suddenlly cant open it d! After i insert disk, n play.... Then suddenly the icon of CD-rom is gone n it oso cant opened it d!!! So now my Cd is still stuck inside d!!

Can anyone help me???

N oso can anyone tell me how i can learn all tis technical support???

Or any website can i noe 4 the latest information 4 tis?????

Tat day my frenz juz told me possible the antivirus software wil crash... But i m juz unistall one of them... But d problem is still same 4 my desktop. It is always hang? Should i upgrade my 256RAM?

It is make me so sien to on9 and use it, it is always hang...... hang.... n hang again!!!

256MB ram
Norton & avira antivirus
alrd 4 & 5years liao...

Recently it is just syok syok hang, i cant tahan.... I wil broke it d!
But no money buy d new one, what can i do? Plz someone help....
