PenangFON doesn't have license?

Hi, just want get some info from LYN. For a company like PenangFON, they don't have any NFP, NSP and ASP license. Can they provide internet access to end user using Optical Communication Engineering (OCE) company licenses? How to provide internet access without license? PenangFON is wholly own by OCE.
According to NSP licensee list in MCMC (here), PenangFON is not in the list.

Anyone know how to get rid/bypass/disablee this confirmation window in Firefox. I login to my router with link http://username:password@192.168.0.1 but it pops up confirmation window. How to bypass this confirmation window and straight login to router?

Anyone here using streamyx in Bayan Lepas? Saw a lot of my frens around Bayan Lepas sign out in msn. Some ppl report streamyx down... ADSL line is working but couldn't get connected.

Couldn't use VNC thru WIFI

Y i couldn't use VNC on my laptop when i'm connected to company network using VPN thru my house's wireless AP? Tested with network cable to connect my laptop to my house's network and its working fine. I guess must be something wrong with the wireless setting but duno wats wrong. I'm using Dlink DI-524 wireless router.

I registered my 2nd homeline for streamyx only since last year which i need to pay RM14 only (RM10 for line + RM3 for CLIP + RM1 for itemised billing). The phone lessly used for calling. but the bill i get today is diff. my 2nd homeline changed to pelan merdeka 48 ( RM48 every month). damn it...really a blood sucker TM. never agree or sign anything for tat package now they simply change my package to this s*** package.WTF...

my line was 1Mbps at this morning but when at around 4.55pm the line is dc and reconnect back.after connection is established,the line status show 1.5Mbps.will have free upgrade soon?btw,the speed still same as i'm using 512kbps.dl never over 65kBps....

streamyx was down for 15min (9.23pm to 9.38pm) at penang island (bayan lepas) and parit buntar at (perak)....dunno its northen area-wide streamyx down or wat...damn poor
