Need Some Comment From All Pro...

i planing to buy new PC but i need some comment and advice from you all PRO...

Processor :AMD phenom II X4 3.0GHz (should i take am2+ or am3?)

Motherboad :Biostar TA790GX A3+ (currently thinking this MOBO but my budget is rm420 or any sifu can recommend me?)

RAM :kingston pc-1333 2GB (currently i noob in OC but in future i will play OC. If i play OC what ram should i need to use?)

PSU :Cool Master Extreme 460W (Enough to run this pc?)

GC :Nvidia Gigabyte GF 9600GT HDMI 512ram 256bit (What is CROSSFIRE? can i use 1set nvidia and 1 set ATI to run?)
(IF i wan ATI GC card got any recommend? my budget for GC is rm400)

HDD :360GB

LCD :Sumsung 2333SW 23' (Some people said 23' LCD need a GOOD GC Gigabyte GF 9600GT can support it? )

IN future may be i will play OC do this spec can support it?

hello...

My brother having problem about his laptop...

When i ON the power switch button on the laptop the light on the keyboard got flash and the laptop starting to warm so mean that already power ON. But the LCD screen still in black and the web cam light normally will flash when every startup but now it never flash...

who know what is my brother laptop problem... izzit hardware failure or or software failure?
The warranty has expired and he called DELL them said is hardware failure and them will call me back about my laptop problem and the payment in 24hours =='''... If the amount very costly i think he will go to outside to do it but now is i do not know what is the problem... Any one have this experience before?

IF i call DEll technical service to come my house fix is 3working days or them come my house after i paid the payment in 1day?

i just now HARD reset my phone then now i cant receive any call... but i use other phone call this number got ring sound but the PDA phone no RINGING!!!
then the network not detecting the line... RECEIVED ANY CALL AND MSG!!!
what should i do... omg~!!!! ASAP

Problem details
First occurence of problem: 1week
Problem description: Frequent Disconnect
The problem is i having a Frequent Disconnect... I make a reported to TM then them send a technician came over to my house to check the problem... 1st them said my house internal phone line got problem then he recommend another technician that specialist in internal telephone line... so i called the specialist in internal telephone line and then he came my house check... 2nd he said the line is okay do not have any problem... he say may be is the telephone wire connect to the modem too long... okay then yesterday i buy a new telephone wire then install it (25fts)...
then problem still appear... then i change my splitter still the same thing happen... then i change another modem still the same thing happen...==''' now i haven't check is the router... do router will make the modem frequent disconnect? 3rd the technician said he go change the port in this area... after 30mint the customer service center call me... she said how is it... End out... Still the same... Who got this kind of experience or any comment?

I think is my :splitter , router or internal line make Frequent Disconnect
