My cousin own a apartment in kota damansara 7 years ago…he bought a unit for RM160k…unfortunately, he divorced and left that house and never bother to pay since than…the house is left empty…

Only last month, he told the story of his house and I managed google it address. I’m quite surprise that his house already sold during auction for RM320k…that’s mean another RM160k of excess . Even after minus here and there...for sure there is still a lot cash in hands...I’ve heard this kind of situation from other forumers but really not know what the real procedure to claim it back from bank ( loan thru EON bank, now HLB). I just wonder whether the process should be straight forward or need a lawyer to solve...

my friend laptop had been struck by lightning lately....what i know that this lightning had struck into his router and then struck his modem....
now...the laptop cant switch on anymore....i noticed the notebook ac adapter blinking green....what it tells....i reckon that his motherboard also felt that surge...

he using ACER ASPIRE 5040 .....in case of motherboard failure....anybody know can get spares....and how much....???

I think my cd/dvd drive is totally defective.....It cant detect any bootable disk anymore...accompanied by uneasy noise like rattling.....so anybody know where to find this driver or any second hand instead of hp service ctr....please provide me a price please

Hi...I need ur help regarding My V3010AU laptop...

Last five months...when my warranty still valid..my laptop cant boot up...so after sent to HP service center...everthing look back to normal.....they replace sytem board under failure code 78..

Last five days...when my warranty already expired.....hard disk pulak problm...cant detect in bios...so i bought the new one...but new problem coming...when i press "ON" button....no display coming...but LED is visible...and OFF and ON again everything is normal...so it take two or three times restart...why..?? ....Ideas...anybody...
