Petition to Microsoft to Globalize Xbox Services

The Xbox fans around the world have been struggling for far too long to get the brand's presence they deserve. Out of 193 countries in the planet, only 42 are currently supported by Xbox, and most in a poor way. That means that from the 2 billions Xbox attempts to reach with cloud gaming, only a few can actually get the Xbox experience.

There is this one movement that is trying to bring to light these issues and get Microsoft to acknowledge these markets, one of those market is Malaysia.

Please sign and join the community if you are an Xbox gamer, but not necessarily owning a console, even PC gamers are Xbox gamers now as Xbox can be classified as a platform service now.

The community is pretty active on Discord and I highly recommend locals to join it and support the movement, who knows one day Malaysia will be a supported region

Company insist on knowing my current salary

I've gotten an offer and the hiring manager insist on getting last 3 months payslip at my current company. I've told him numerous times that this is a private and confidential information that I'm not comfortable sharing and that I don't have any specific number in mind.

I was hoping that they'd make an offer based on current market range and not what I'm paid for at my current job.

Send help, should I insist on not giving them this information or should I just let it go.

New company has better benefit but suckier working policy. (Can't work from home)

I work from home almost everyday at my current company, and I enjoy and treasure that freedom very much. But the benefit at new company also quite tempting

Computer Engineering
Computer Science/Software Engineering

Which has better pay, which is good for a local career path (malaysia) etc... From what I've read in this forum..engineers... most of them are underpaid...

While software eng/cs grads are lowly regarded...

I like both of them, but considering to narrow down my degree to purely software. But hey, we never know what could happen in the future so I just wanna what's it like out there in the wilds
